The Wire Testing System tests different types of wire — especially wires used in motors and pumps — as per the relevant IS standards. It automatically captures and records mechanical parameters such as weight and dimensions, and electrical parameters such as wire resistance and insulation resistance.
The software automatically applies various high-voltage values in sequence, measures the leakage current at each, compares it with the set range, displays a PASS/FAIL result and generates the report.
