Automated Motor Routine Testing Systems

The motor routine test system is an automated system used to perform routine quality
control tests as per IS standards.

These systems, use specialised software, control panels, and
instruments to perform a series of following tests:
1. Winding Resistance Test
2. Insulation Resistance Test
3. High Voltage Test
4. No Load Test at Rated Voltage
5. No Load Test at Various Voltages
6. Reduced Voltage Running Up Test
7. Locked Rotor Test
8. Direction Checking

The goal is to ensure the motor’s performance and reliability, and to identify potential
defects before they cause a failure.

The software sequentially conducts the selected tests, configures parameters, produce
PASS/FAIL decision against set limits, automatically records data and generate reports for
individual Motor or consolidated report.

Features:
1. Selection of Tests in the sequence
2. Setting of duration of each test
3. Setting PASS/FAIL Limits
4. Auto Voltage Maintenance (Software Control)
5. High Voltage Test at various Voltages
6.IR test at various voltages
