The Wire Testing System is used for testing different types of wires, especially wires using in Motors and Pumps as per the relevant IS standards. The system automatically captures and records the mechanical parameters like Weight & dimension and Electrical parameters like Wire Resistance and Insulation Resistance.

The software incorporated in the system automatically applies various High Voltage values sequentially and measure the Leakage current at each High Voltage, compare the value with the set range and display PASS/ FAIL result and finally generate the report. The system provides all safety measures during the High Voltage test like Light Safety Curtain, Test bed interruption indication and safety alarm.
