Automated Air Delivery Testing Systems
Fan Air Delivery Testing Systems is designed as per IS 374. The system consists of a Power & Control panel, Anemometer setup and a software. The parameters Fan Speed (rpm), Electrical parameters, Air velocity, Chamber temperature, atmospheric pressure are measured and displayed in the software. The Anemometer movement along Four Diagonal are automated by the software and at the specified points, the necessary reading are captured by the software. At the end of test, the AD value and the service value are calculated automatically and the report will be generated by the software. During the test period the voltage is automatically controlled by the software to get precise results.
Features of this product includes:
1. Centralised Control Unit
2. Easy Fan mounting process
3. Real time data monitoring of parameters Air Velocity, Speed, Voltage, Current, Power, Temperature, Humidity and atmospheric pressure.
4. Data acquisition & Control solutions based on LabVIEW
5. Automatic voltage control
6. Test report as per IS 374
