Automated Motor Routine Testing Systems
Ensure every motor leaving your line meets the highest quality standards. Strengthen your quality assurance process with automated routine testing.
The motor routine test system is an automated system used to perform routine quality control tests as per IS standards. It uses specialised software, control panels and instruments to perform a complete series of tests.
The goal is to ensure the motor’s performance and reliability, and to identify potential defects before they cause a failure. The software sequentially conducts the selected tests, configures parameters, produces a PASS/FAIL decision against set limits, automatically records data and generates reports for an individual motor or a consolidated report.
