Automated Stator Testing Systems

Automatic Stator Routine Testing System
A stator routine test system is an automated or semi-automated testing station used to verify the quality and safety of an electric motor’s stator winding by performing several electrical tests. These systems typically measure winding resistance, insulation resistance, and high voltage withstand, and can also test for inter-turn shorts (Surge test), inductance, and core integrity. They integrate multiple testing instruments into a single workstation, providing accurate and repeatable results for manufacturing and maintenance. Custom test fixtures can be designed and developed for specific stator types, and an optional LCR meter can be provided for inductance measurements.
The software sequentially conducts the selected tests, configures parameters, and automatically records data, generating reports to compare results against set limits.
